Welcome to Sewing Lovers. By purchasing or downloading a pattern from this store, you agree to the terms below. Please read them before you buy.

1. Digital products

Everything sold in this store is a digital PDF sewing pattern. No physical goods — fabric, finished items or paper patterns — are shipped. Files are delivered electronically as soon as your payment is confirmed: a download link appears on your order confirmation page and is sent to the email address you provide at checkout.

2. Your responsibility after purchase

Please make sure your email address is correct at checkout, and save your files to your own device or cloud storage once downloaded. If you lose your files, contact us with your order number and we'll resend them.

3. Your license to use our patterns

Each purchase gives one person a personal, non-transferable license to use the pattern.

You may:

  • Use the pattern to make finished items for yourself or as gifts.
  • Sell finished handmade items you make from the pattern, in small quantities.
  • Print the pattern as many times as you need for your own use, at home or at a print shop.
  • Share photos of your finished makes on social media (a credit to Sewing Lovers is appreciated but not required).

You may not:

  • Copy, share, distribute, translate, resell or publish the pattern files, in whole or in part — including printed copies.
  • Upload the pattern to any website, file-sharing platform, group or other online location.
  • Claim the pattern or its instructions as your own design.
  • Use the pattern for mass or factory production.

4. Intellectual property

All patterns, instructions, images and text in this store belong to Sewing Lovers and are protected by copyright. Your purchase grants the limited license above — it does not transfer ownership.

5. Prices, discounts & payment

Prices are shown in US dollars. Payment is processed securely at checkout by Shopify; we never see or store your full card details. Automatic savings (15% off 2 or more patterns, 25% off 4 or more) are applied at checkout; only one automatic saving applies per order, and they can't be combined with other discount codes. We may change prices and offers at any time, but changes never affect orders you've already placed. If a product is listed at an obviously incorrect price because of an error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.

6. Refunds

Because patterns are instant digital downloads, all sales are final, except for defective or mismatched files. Please see our Refund Policy.

7. Accuracy & results

We work hard to write clear, accurate patterns, but your finished result depends on your fabric choices, tools, printer settings and technique. Patterns are provided "as is" for your creative use, and we can't guarantee specific outcomes. Product photos show finished examples; your make may look different.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version posted on this page at the time of your purchase applies to that order.
